Who we are
GR Color is operated by Gustavo Rossi Ribeiro (ABN 11 692 024 412), based in Australia. When these terms say “we”, “us” or “GR Color”, they mean Gustavo Rossi Ribeiro. When they say “you”, they mean the person buying or using the products. By purchasing from this site or using the products, you agree to these terms.
The products
GR Color sells digital goods for colorists: the GR PowerGrade Pro node tree, Film LUTs v2, Advanced DCTLs, Check Nodes, and video training including the Masterclass. Everything is delivered digitally. Nothing physical ships.
Purchases and payment
Purchases are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar handles the checkout, the payment processing and applicable taxes such as GST and VAT, and is the name you may see on your statement. Your purchase is also subject to Polar’s terms. Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time; a change never affects a purchase you have already made.
Delivery and access
Your files are available immediately after purchase, through your download links and the members area. Access is tied to the email address you used at checkout. Keep it accurate; it is how we know what you own.
Your license
Every purchase includes a lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one person: you. You may use the products in personal and commercial projects, including client work, on any machine you personally use. You may not resell, share, sublicense, redistribute, repackage or publicly post the files, in whole or in part, modified or not. Teams need one license per seat.
Updates
Lifetime free updates within your purchased version. When we improve or fix the version you bought, you get it at no extra cost. Major new versions may be sold separately, with a loyalty discount for existing owners.
Refunds
These are digital goods, so all sales are final under normal circumstances. If a product is incomplete or fails to function as described and support cannot resolve it, you are covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property
The products, the training, this site and everything in them are the intellectual property of Gustavo Rossi Ribeiro. A license gives you the right to use them. It does not transfer ownership.
The members area
Your account is for you alone. Sharing logins, or the files behind them, is a breach of these terms and can end your access without refund. We may update, improve or reorganize the members area at any time.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the products. Grading results depend on your footage, your system and your decisions. Where liability cannot be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law, it is limited to the amount you paid, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in Australian courts, unless the consumer law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the moment it is published, and material changes will be reflected in the date at the top.
