The short version
We collect the minimum needed to sell you a product, give you access to it, and support you. We never sell your data. Card details go to Polar, our payment provider; we never see your card number.
What we collect
Checkout: when you buy, Polar, our merchant of record, collects your name, email address and billing details to process the payment and handle taxes. We receive your name, your email and what you bought. Members area: the login email and the products tied to it. Newsletter: your email address, only if you opt in. Analytics: aggregate, privacy-friendly page statistics through Framer, our hosting platform. They tell us which pages are visited, not who you are.
What stays on your device
Your course progress and setup checklists are stored in your browser’s local storage. They never leave your machine and we cannot see them.
How we use it
To deliver your files and members-area access, answer support, send purchase-related messages and, if you opted in, occasional product emails. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and it works.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make the product work: Polar for payments and tax, our authentication provider for the members area, Framer for hosting and analytics, and our email provider for receipts and newsletters. Each processes data under its own privacy policy and our instructions. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Purchase records for as long as tax law requires. Account data for as long as your account exists. Newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Email contact@gustavorossi.media and we will handle it. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, and if you are in the EU or UK we honor the equivalent GDPR rights.
Security
Access to customer data is limited to the people and systems that need it, and protected with industry-standard encryption in transit. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your data, we will notify you as the law requires.
Children
This site and the products are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
